Maintenance Plan includes:

- Live Chat Support throughout the APAC business hours (Monday – Friday, 10am – 7pm GMT+8).
Protection Period
The protection period begins from your software purchase date, and will be extended for a period of an exact 12 , 24 or 36-month depending on the plan you purchase.
For each purchase of Navicat, customers are given a 90-day complimentary maintenance starting from the date of purchase. During the protection period, customers will be covered by Navicat desktop software maintenance plan and entitled to our priority support service. The last day of this period is also the last day of final subscription to Navicat Desktop Software Maintenance Plan.
*Any subscriptions after this time will not be considered
The start date of your Software Maintenance Plan will be your license purchase date.
How to Purchase Navicat desktop software maintenance?
Maintenance Plan can only be subscribed within 90 days from your license purchase date.
If you wish to subscribe to our Navicat Desktop Software Maintenance Plan, please log into your Navicat Customer Center, find Renew Maintenance under the Upgrade section to place the order.
Customers who do not subscribe to Navicat Desktop Software Maintenance Plan within 90 days from the software purchase date will not be able to subscribe to the plan until the next version upgrade is available.
For customers who are not subscribed to Navicat Desktop Software Maintenance Plan, major release upgrades are 50% off the new license.

Can Software Maintenance Plan be purchased whenever I need?
Navicat Desktop Software Maintenance Plan can only be subscribed within 90 days starting from your date of software license purchase. Customer cannot subscribe to the Maintenance Plan after this period.
If you have missed the chance to subscribe to the Maintenance Plan within the first three months of your purchase, you will need to wait and purchase the next version upgrade for a maintenance subscription.

No, we are sorry that the renewal of Software Maintenance Plan must be done before the expiration date. If you would like to subscribe to the Maintenance Plan, you will have to wait for the next version upgrade, purchase the upgrade license and the maintenance plan altogether.

Upgrade License is only for customers who are not subscribed to our software maintenance plan but want to upgrade their license to the latest release. The upgrade license price is 50% off the new license price, while the price for a Software Maintenance is 75% off the license price for the 1st year, 80% off for the 2nd year, and 90% off for the 3rd year.
